At ARCiNTU, we remain committed to fulfilling our social responsibilities, including protecting the environment through our business activities and products.

We acknowledge the paramount importance of global environmental protection efforts, including the prevention of global warming, for the benefit of the entire world.

As a company involved in the development, manufacturing, and sale of automatic control equipment, measuring equipment, and related electronic/optoelectronics systems, we strive to reduce our environmental footprint based on the following principles:
We will comply with environmental laws, regulations, and other requirements, establishing voluntary management standards to contribute to environmental conservation.
To minimize our environmental impact, we will establish and maintain an environmental management system that fosters continuous improvement and the prevention of pollution.
We prioritize addressing the following aspects of our activities, products, and services with regards to their environmental impacts:
i) Establish and maintain a chemical substance management system that ensures the absence of harmful substances in our products.
ii) Implement an efficient electricity consumption management system to mitigate CO2 emissions.
iii) Promote waste reduction, energy conservation activities, and recycling to effectively utilize resources.
iv) Design and develop products that align with customers' efforts to reduce their environmental impact.
v) Engage in activities that contribute to the conservation of biodiversity.
Combatting Climate Change Initiatives
In line with the TCFD report and mindful of the risks and opportunities posed by climate change, ARCiNTU will actively share relevant information under four key topics: Governance, Strategy, Risk Management, and Indicators and Targets.
Governance
As a core management principle, ARCiNTU recognizes climate change as one of the most pressing challenges to our sustainability. Climate change initiatives are regularly discussed in Management Committee meetings and meetings attended by division managers. The Board of Directors assumes responsibility for overseeing these initiatives.
Strategy
ARCiNTU's business objective is to address the diverse challenges faced by the manufacturing industry through innovative product solutions. Amidst the rapid evolution of the industry, we continuously strive to create unprecedented value, defining our social contribution through environmental conservation. By reducing the environmental impact of our products, including size reduction and energy efficiency promotion, we support our customers in their efforts to minimize their environmental footprint. Furthermore, we actively promote measures to prevent climate change and preserve the global environment.

Depending on the severity of natural disasters, such as tsunamis, floods, torrential rains, and lightning strikes, production, shipments, and other activities may need to be suspended.
Rising temperatures may lead to increased costs for materials and energy.
